Purpose:

As per Robinson Township Resolution No 08-06 item #40, page 26,

Robinson Power will develop a citizens advisory program (CAP) and will coordinate and assemble a citizens advisory council. Robinson Power will maintain the CAP including regular meetings during the operation. The citizens advisory council shall consist of five (5) representatives, one (1) appointed by the power plant owner, one appointed by the coal mining / ash disposal operator, one (1) representative of the first responders and two (2) members appointed by the township. No person on the Council shall have a financial interest in the Project. A township appointed member shall be Chairman.
